victories the Israelites accomplished through a powerful, praying servant leader,
Joshua. Their obedience allows them to
capture more than 35 powerful kings. God
continually encouraged Joshua to be brave, strong and obedient and he was.
We can never underestimate how powerful our obedience to God is. Are you seeking guidance and obedience
through God’s Word in every situation in your life?
Are you obeying God even when it doesn’t seem to make sense to you?
Joshua was a true leader. He was

Heavenly Father, Robin is so
right in how important our obedience is to God. When I am disobedient, or slow to be obedient,
I feel I am showing my lack of faith in You.
I don’t want to lack any faith at all but I know at times I do. I believe it is based on my desire to understand,
but I also know I don’t have to understand, I just have to know Your truth and
follow Your direction. Help me be
obedient and keep You my focus and my “Way”.
I don’t want to go my way, I want to go Your way. Help my heart to desire what You desire. I know Your way is the way. Thank You for loving me and growing me. I believe, help me in my unbelief.
In Jesus name.
